I welcome anyone experiencing a feeling of dysfunction and/or dissatisfaction in their lives. I especially encourage potential clients to reach out to me in periods of life transition.

For adults, changes in career, the start or end of a relationship, or the birth of a child can all stimulate negative, dysfunctional patterns of thinking or behavior. These circumstances can frequently lead to feelings of confusion, fear, grief or despair.  I create a safe, protected and authentic environment where clients can begin to experience themselves without judgment, fear or shame.

Teenagers often experience heightened phases of transition as they begin to form their relationship with their identity and understand who they are in the world around them. Reinforcement of positive, functional thought and behavioral patterns through effective counseling is crucial to them at this stage of development.

For professionals, struggling to balance life characterized by long hours and seemingly endless responsibilities, I try to draw upon my unique experience with career counseling in Silicon Valley as an additionally vital therapeutic tool.

I believe that pain and unhappiness felt by an individual is often rooted in learned negative patterns and thoughts in the course of their development.  My goal in working with my clients is to help them ultimately overcome the past experiences that may have become ‘hardwired’ into their identity, continuously causing a resistance to happiness…to help them break out of the pain, anger, grief and trauma that may be limiting their lives.

Before first meeting with a new client, I offer a free phone consultation during which time I listen to the needs and concerns of the potential client in order to understand how I may best be of service.
